Our jewellery making workshops are held upstairs in our shop in Cardiff - Just 5 minutes walk from Cardiff Central Station.

All material costs are included in the price of each workshop, and the price includes use of tools. All projects are available in a choice of colours, and light refreshments are provided.

Booking and Payment

Workshops can be provisionally booked in the shop. Alternatively, you can provisionally reserve a place by telephoning 0845 108 6484 or emailing info@crystals-and-ice.co.uk. Workshops can also be ordered over the website at www.crystals-and-ice.co.uk.

Please note that ordering a workshop does not constitute a booking. We will contact you to confirm whether a place at your selected workshop is available and will normally confirm within one working day.

All payment needs to be made in full to ensure your place. Once a booking made by email or phone has been confirmed, we will need to receive payment within three days.

A maximum of Six places are available at each workshop in order to ensure individual attention. If the minimum workshop size is not met, we may need to re-arrange a session.

When booking, please let us have the names of the people attending, a contact telephone number and/or email address and the address to send the workshop confirmation.

Cancellations and Refunds

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend and we will try and transfer you onto another workshop. A refund may be offered on a discretionary basis.

Special Workshop Offer

A 10% discount will be given on all items purchased after the workshop (apart from gift vouchers). This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
