When will I get my pattern?

Links to any downloadable patterns that you have ordered will be made available to you immediately after payment in the online store receipt, and also in the order confirmation email. The links will expire after 7 days.
There is no shipping charge associated with downloadable patterns from Crystals and Ice.
Downloadable patterns are in PDF format and are made up of easy to follow step-by-step instructions and detailed photos.
